Energy & Light is a very different kind of leadership event. With management and leadership comes huge responsibility, to our clients, to our team and to ourselves. Energy & Light, the first of three such events taking place across Ireland on the darkest day of the year, is an opportunity for managers and leaders to reflect not just on how they can look after their own mental health but support that of their team as well. The session will be led by Miriam Kerins, an international keynote speaker on health and wellness. Miriam designs executive, corporate and personal wellness programmes and her recent clients include Facebook, PWC and World Rugby. Attendees will also hear from Gerry Hussey who has helped to build some of the most successful individuals and teams in the worlds of sport and business. As a Performance Consultant, Gerry has worked with market-leading organisations and coached elite athletes for Olympic Games, Heineken Cups, All-Ireland Finals, World Cups and Golf Majors. The event will also feature music from one of Belfast’s most talented performers, Roisin Hutchison.
This event, which is supported by Titanic Belfast and Electric Ireland, will take place in the Bridge Suite, on the 6th floor of Titanic Belfast. It will commence with a light/healthy breakfast at 7am and conclude at 8.30am as the sun rises over the city. So why not take a short time out, as we move from this darkest day into the energy and light of lengthening days, to reflect on the things that really matter and be present in order to gain greater clarity and new tools in a world that can be both demanding and distracting? Places are limited so pre-registration is essential. To reserve your seat please email jessica.cullen@podiem.com or call Jessica on 028 9076 1030. Whilst the event is free, attendees will have the option to make a donation of their choosing on the day. All proceeds will go to the PIPS Charity which provides a range of services supporting good mental health.
